DEMON SLAYER: KIMETSU NO YAIBA LIVE-ACTION STAGE PLAY ANNOUNCED

Demon Slayer recently ended its highly praised first season. Making it one of, if not the best anime series of 2019 thus far. As fans anxiously wait for a potential second season and the release of the anime feature film. Fans can have something else to look forward to as Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba dips its sword in the waters of live-action with a stage play.

Anime fan-site Moetron-pKjd has released the official key visual announcing the live-action stage play, which is slated to released early 2020.

As seen in the visual, we see Tanjiro Kamado in his Total Concentration Water Breathing form. It’ll be interesting to see how the stage play adapts these Total Concentration techniques. Ufotable, the animation studio that animated Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, did an incredible job bringing this aspect of Demon Slayer abilities to life. This part of the animation is one of the main reasons fans across the world fell in love with Demon Slayer.
