Horizon Zero Dawn Liberation Cover The Nerdy Basement Titan Comics

PREVIEW: Horizon Zero Dawn: Liberation #1 – Titan Comics

The smash-hit comic series Horizon Zero Dawn from Titan Comics and Guerrilla Games returns for a second arc.

Horizon Zero Dawn has become one of this generation’s greatest Playstation exclusive video game titles. With the hype surrounding Horizon Forbidden West, Horizon Zero Dawn players and readers who read the comic book series which picks after the events of the first game can now look forward to a new comic book series set during the events of Horizon Zero Dawn.

‘Horizon Zero Dawn: Liberation #1’ takes place during the events of the first game, this all-new original story explores the never-before-told adventures of Aloy and her fan-favorite sidekick Erend as they hunt for a killer with links to his past….While the description of the story is very vague at the moment, players of Horizon Zero Dawn know how much a connection Aloy and Erend have built throughout the course of the original game.

As seen in the most recent gameplay showcase for Horizon Forbidden West, Erend is back again. And while this story is set during the events of Horizon Zero Dawn, it’ll be interesting to see if Guerrilla will find a way to interconnect this story with the story being presented in Horizon Forbidden West. While we wait, check out all the available covers for Horizon Zero Dawn: Liberation #1 along with some interior preview images to give you a sneak peak at what’s to come in this new series when it release on July 14th.
