Both games feature the original award-winning story, difficult choices, beloved characters, and iconic VO performances, now on the Nintendo Switch for the very first time.

Life Is Strange

In Life is Strange: True Colors, we follow Alex Chen, an Asian American woman from Oregon. She was raised in a foster home and reunited with her brother Gabe 8 years later. They reunite in the midwestern town of Haven Springs, Colorado. The mysterious death of her brother happens suddenly. Alex is cursed which she uses to find the truth about her brother and what occurs. Her abilities to absorb, experience, and manipulate the emotions of others are incredible and she can see them with colored auras.

The new trailer that has come out shows Alex in a record store. She requests a song from a record and the studio owner plays it. The game allows for the player to control the narrative which is pretty cool. You get to interact with a lot of the things around you as well. There wasn’t much showing of Alex’s powers until the end of the trailer which shows Alex trying to feel for Steph’s emotions as she is angrily speaking into the phone.

Below you can check out the official statement from the Life is Strange team in regards to its upcoming release schedules and changes.

The publishing studio wanted to push back the release to offset the pressure and have a successful development! Life is Strange: True Colors is set to come out for Playstation 5, Playstation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC Steam. Life Is Strange: Remastered Collection will release in early 2022.
