Lost in Random is a gothic fairytale action-adventure from Swedish studio Zoink. EA Play Live 2021 announced that the game would be released on September 10, 2021. May the odds be in your favor! There will be explosive dice battles, giant game board arenas, and various spells thrown around in this game.
According to Olov Redmalm the Creative Director and Head Writer for Lost in Random, “We knew we wanted to create a fairy tale that was a bit darker than what we have created before”. This game involves a cursed girl with her dice. If you are into curses and spells this may be worth a try!
The Kingdom of Random is divided into six shadowy realms where fate is decided by the roll of cursed black dice. This land’s mysterious cobbled streets is where you play as Even, where you meet unpredictable residents and take on different quests to save their sister Odd. You will eventually team up with Dicey, a small strange living dice.
Players collect coins that enable Even to unlock different attacks and abilities. Dicey is able to freeze time and unleash its magic powers. A lot of this game involves strategy as players will have to decide quickly what their move will be. Are you up for all this randomness?
