Post-Launch Roadmap and Trailers for RPG Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruins


Are you ready to hunt some monsters in Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin?

A new trailer and extensive post-Launch roadmap have come out for Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruins. The game will come out for PC and the Nintendo Switch. Capcom released the new trailer for Monster Hunter Stories 2. The trailer shines light on one of the characters that plays a significant role in the game, Alwin. The launch trailers also revealed the co-op gameplay. The release will be out on July 9, 2021, for the Switch and PC. Next are some dates you might want to post in your calendar. 

According to the Post-Launch Roadmap, the first piece of content will be the new monstie update, Palamute which will be July 15, 2021. On August 5th, the second free title update will be “Co-Op Quest with Kulve Taroth monsties Hellblade Glavenus and Boltreaver Astalos.

The one in September will include five and come out both earlier in the month and later in the month. The five will be Soulseer Mizutsune, Elderfrost Gammoth, Oroshi Kirin, Dreadking Rathalos, and Molten Tigrex. There will also be a High Difficulty version of Kulve Troth Co-op Quest. 

In October 2021, Free Title Update Number 5 brings a High Difficulty Co-op Quest exclusive monster as well as the Silver Rathalos and Gold Rathian monsties. A free trial is currently available on the Nintendo Switch eShop. Between the trailers and the post-launch roadmap, this looks like a pretty exciting game to look forward to!
