A new look and new details at Overwatch 2 will be showcased during the Overwatch League Grand Finals on September 25th, Overwatch/Blizzard has announced. The new look at the game will feature an exhibition match that will showcase how some of the heroes of the core Overwatch game have been reworked, more specifically Sombra and Bastion. The developers will provide insight on Bastion’s redesign and how it fits into the devs’ philosophy behind Overwatch 2’s design. Check out the official announcement video below.

Several Overwatch League pro players will take the game for a spin providing Overwatch fans with the best look at the game yet. This will mark the first huge update on Overwatch 2 since the game’s official announcement and since the last update which was back in May which gave us our first look at the new playable maps New York and Rome. That same update provided us with new looks at visual and gameplay changes to heroes like Winston, Mei, and Torbjörn.
