UNCHARTED: TRAVIS KNIGHT EXITS AS SCHEDULING CONFLICTS FOR LEAD STAR TOM HOLLAND ARISE


Sony’s live-action Uncharted film has found itself in uncharted waters. The film has now lost its sixth director, Travis Knight (Bumblee) as scheduling conflicts for lead actor Tom Holland arise. According to a new report by Deadline, Sony Pictures have found themselves in a bit of a rut, as Tom Holland’s upcoming third Spider-Man is set to start filming this coming Summer. Unfortunately for Sony, this will call for Travis Knight’s exit from the film.

As mentioned above, Travis Knight is now the sixth director to exit Sony’s Uncharted film and while the entry and exits of the director’s chair have been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride. Sony is still looking to move forward with this film with a new director and a new release date. Fortunately for Sony, Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg are still attached to the film.
