LEGENDARY WRESTLING HALL OF FAMER ARN ANDERSON SIGNS WITH AEW


News coming out of All-Elite Wrestling (AEW) is that legendary wrestler, manager and Hall Of Famer, Arn Anderson, has signed with the upstart company.

Anderson’s contract and role will be that as coach for the talent roster. Furthermore, AEW has also disclosed publicly that Anderson’s role will also include being on-air talent: he will be serving as Cody Rhodes new manager effective immediately.

Anderson is a highly decorated, multi-champion and widely respected wrestler for his impeccable work ethic and great in-ring psychology. Known as “The Enforcer” (or “Double A”), he was a founding member of the most elite faction in wrestling, The Four Horsemen. Double A brought with him a rare combination of wrestling not seen during his time: a mat technician with amazing speed and a powerhouse brawler!

Anderson is also credited for being the both the innovator and pioneer of The Spinebuster, which became one of his signature moves – a move that is still used today and reknowned as ‘The Double A Spinebuster’.

In recent years, he has mentored young talent behind-the-scenes, working as backstage producer for World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and until recently, for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE)
